Former officer denies child rape

A former Belchertown police officer pleaded innocent Wednesday in Hampden Superior Court to a charge of forcible rape of a child.

Sean F. Bracey, 42, of 34 Pine Grove St., also pleaded innocent to indecent assault and battery on a person 14 years old or older. Both charges list the same initials for the alleged victim.

Judge Constance M. Sweeney set bail at $50,000 cash for Bracey. He can have no contact with the alleged victim pending his prosecution...More Here...
