Police in Clarksville have charged a man after his wife was found dead in his vehicle during a traffic stop.

Twenty-eight-year-old Khaleefa Lambert was charged with first-degree murder Saturday in the death of his 18-year-old wife Ashley Cecelia Barnes-Lambert.
