The first time Matthew McCall killed someone, almost 20 years ago, he was convicted of manslaughter and received one year in prison.
But for McCall's second killing, conducted in a church parking lot as dozens of parishioners were headed to Sunday service, the 43-year-old may spend the rest of his life behind bars.
