W.Va. man gets 30 years in ex-wife's murder

A Huntington man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for killing his ex-wife, whose body was found inside a trash can.

Sixty-two-year-old Wayne Burton Brown pleaded guilty Friday in Cabell County Circuit Court to second-degree murder in the November 2007 shooting of Mary Joe Brown. Wayne Brown entered a Kennedy plea, in which the defendant doesn't admit guilt...
