A male staff member at a Warren County juvenile detention center is accused of raping a girl while she was 14 and incarcerated there in November 2008.
When State Police investigators interviewed Stacey D. Williams, 29, of 509 Glen St., Glens Falls, he admitted having sexual contact with the victim, Warren County District Attorney Kate Hogan said Tuesday.
