A registered sex offender from Kingston has pleaded guilty to raping a 13-year-old girl, the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office said Wednesday.
Jerome Fischer, 27, formerly of 81 Cedar St., pleaded guilty Tuesday in Ulster County Court before County Judge J. Michael Bruhn to charges of felony rape and violating the conditions of his probation.
Fischer was arrested Dec. 22, 2008, by Kingston police on charges he supplied the 13-year-old victim with liquor and beer during the evening of Dec. 21 until she became unconscious, according to a press release from the Ulster County District Attorney’s Office.
