The incidents of violence against women are rising in the district and a lot of work is needed to raise awareness about such problems in the region: Said Dr Sanjay, reader in the department of Social Work, Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapeeth and regional coordinator of Men's Action for Stopping Violence Against Women (MASVAW), while talking to TOI on Monday.
