The man accused of paying a former co-worker $2,000 to kill his ex-wife's fiance pleaded guilty to murder Tuesday, according to the Lane County District Attorney's Office.
Dennis Sheridan, 41, will be sentenced after the conclusion of the case against 21-year-old Kevin Anderson, the man accused of killing Lance McBride in exchange for money last July, according to the district attorney.
Sheridan told two police investigators he paid Anderson $2,000 to kill Lance McBride, Eugene police Detective Tracey Belshee wrote in a search warrant affidavit filed in Lane County Circuit Court and obtained by The Register-Guard newspaper...
