Lincoln County Sheriff’s detectives have arrested a Maiden man Thursday on four felony counts of sexual assault involving a child. Detective Steve Grinnell identified the man as Jay Warren Smith, 47, of Graystone Lane, Maiden.
Smith is charged with Statutory Rape/ Sexual Offense involving a juvenile 13,14 or 15 years old, Indecent Liberties With A Minor, Sell or Deliver a Controlled Substance to a Minor, and Sexual Offense Intercourse by a Guardian...More Here...
