A Kentucky man convicted of a federal charge stemming from the abduction and rape of an 11-year-old West Virginia girl will spend 40 years in prison.
U.S. Attorney Sharon Potter says 29-year-old Joshua Ridings of Owensboro, Ky., will be on supervised release for the rest of his life when he completes his prison sentence.
