A 41-year-old trucker wanted in the rape and abduction of a 16-year-old girl was arrested within hours Friday after police found him hiding in the attic of his home in West Chester Township.
Steven Toy was jailed in Butler County, while his wife, Kimberly, is charged with obstructing justice for allegedly refusing to tell police his whereabouts when they showed up at the home on Cindy Lou Court. Police acquired a search warrant for the home and found Toy there about 1:45 p.m.
Dispatchers put a broadcast out to area departments Friday morning looking for Toy after the teen from Colerain Township burst through the front door at the Learning Tree Academy, near Wal-Mart off Cincinnati-Dayton Road, just before 11 a.m...More Here...
