An Aspen yoga instructor has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a client during a lesson, reported the Aspen Times.
Steven Jon Roger faces one felony count of sexual assault and a misdemeanor count of unlawful sexual contact. He also faces charges related to alleged incidents in 2007, June 2006 and July 2005. If convicted, he could face more than 10 years in prison.
